The Gourmet Soiree Convection Roasted Coffee Club Difference?

How could coffee be different? Why is your coffee so much better?

There are many reasons we feel our coffee is superior to others but we will simply highlight some of the main reasons.

  • First and most important is how we roast our beans. Conventional methods used for ages have become outdated and we choose a better way. This better way is known as Convection Roasting. I won't go into great detail of the wrong way but suffice to say that the conventional method of roasting in large cast iron drums is why you may associate coffee with something bitter and distasteful. It has made a many coffee haters and dislikers through the ages.
We use a better way called Convection Roasting. Convection roasting is the process of roasting with forced hot air. This enables the beans to be roasted without direct contact with the heat source. Thereby allowing the whole batch of beans to be roasted simultaneously with out the outside getting darker or getting burnt. The hot air surrounds each and every bean and roasts them uniformly. This eliminates the chance of having some beans in the batch being roasted a bit more than others and prevents the bitter factor that you get with the conventional method.
  • Second is the size of the batch. Our roasters, "Specialty Coffee Roasters" roast orders in small batches when the orders are made. I am sure that you can see the advantages of this. Seeing how that coffee's flavor can peak from 4 to 14 days after roasting and coffees flavor declines rapidly after that (depending on the origin and the method of storage). Of course, ground coffee's flavor deteriorates much faster than whole beans therefore we recommend whole beans for the freshest experience.
  • Third is the type and quality of beans we choose to roast. Our roasters pick only 100% Arabica beans with which to create all of our custom roasts.

In summation:

To be able to enjoy coffee of this standard is a rarity in this day and time. When our lives are saturated with run of the mill coffee at every turn. At the office, at the corner convenience store, grocery store, restaurants, and even from coffee specialty shops that we are all familiar with. So we invite you to experience Convection Roasted Gourmet Coffee Club's coffee today. We are sure you will enjoy the difference.
